Piave

Piave — an Italian DOP cheese from the Veneto region. Aged to a firm, crystalline texture with a naturally sweet, nutty flavour that deepens over time. Less sharp than Parmigiano and more approachable — grate over pasta, shave over salads, or eat in thin slices alongside cured meats.
