Beef & Pork Cevapi

Classic Balkan-style cevapi made with a blend of beef and pork, seasoned and hand-rolled into the traditional small sausage shape. Grill over high heat until charred on the outside and juicy inside. Serve in flatbread with diced onion and sour cream, or alongside grilled vegetables and a cold drink.
